About the Club
The Swindon and District Motor Cycle Club was formed in 1932 by the amalgamation of the Works Motor Cycle Club (the British Rail MCC in Swindon) and the North Wilts Motor Cycling and Light Car Club.
Since then is has run a variety of motor cycle events and competitions such as scrambles (motocross), grass track, trials and latterly enduros and long distance trials.
The Club is run by a team of annually elected officials, and currently has approximately 310 members. The current list of officials for 2011 is:

The Club meets every Thursday at the Gas Club, Swindon staring from around 20.30. Feel free to come and join us, either just turn up or give someone a call from the Contact page so you can be sure to be introduced to a few people! There is also a map on the Contact page.
